Help! Get Rid of My Symptoms!

Control of thoughts and feelings maintains physical health. The body is usually calm and healthy when the mind and feelings are also calm and neutral. If you already have a good lifestyle with good food and supplements and you are of a healthy constitution, then most of your symptoms are probably related to emotional stress.

Hindsight. Looking back at old troubles that no longer bother you or have any effect on you can help you view your present troubles in the same way – they too will pass. Try to think of your existing challenges as temporary. If you continue to worry too much, the result of today’s turmoil will be…future poor health.

Chronic anxiety is a product of long periods of stress in the past. The old causes for stress may be gone today because your present life is now different, BUT the mental patterns of holding stress can remain active causing you to lapse into worry easily at the smallest provocation. The results of constant subconscious and conscious worry will inevitably give rise to physical symptoms.

Therapy and Free Will

Dynamic medicine will keep symptoms in check, but with each new wave of anxiety, irritation, disappointment, etc. a new cycle of physical responses is triggered that will eventually lead to more symptoms.

Dynamic remedies can help calm them mind, they will also help you achieve inner peace and calm emotions. But the tendency to notice and stay focused on negative thoughts and outlook in life, to view the future as bad or hopeless, to interpret life events as dangerous – this is something the remedies cannot change, only you can.

Free will. For good or for bad, therapy cannot transform you completely – it can open doors and help change happen, but each person has the power to change or not change based on their own free will. Otherwise your therapist would have the power to impose on you what he or she believes is “right”, against your own beliefs or life purpose. Fortunately such power is withheld from anybody.

You Have The Power

You are the master of your life. It is a good thing to have free will in our lives. It gives each one of us a lot of power and control. But when it comes to improving our health, we have to activate our own free will in order to implement the changes that we want – the remedies or therapist cannot do that.

You CAN get rid of your symptoms. Look inside and decide how much of ill health are you willing to suffer for each life problem that is causing you distress at this time, because, in reality, THIS is the ultimate trade-off. If you are really suffering physically, then the mental triggers have to be eliminated and you are the only one who can do that. Remedies can help you, but they can’t tell you how or what to think – it is too personal!

Discovering what makes you tick. To me, this is the big journey in healing – to get to the point when you are in control of your health by being able to see the causes for symptoms. This is what I would like to help all of my clients do – become self-sufficient in life, so they don’t depend always on remedies or outside help to maintain their health.

Know Yourself

Ultimately, everyone wants to be able to manage their life and health with the least outside intervention. Self-knowledge is the main pre-requisite to do so. And because of that, my interest is always more on the person and what makes them tick, so that I can serve as a mirror where they can also see it clearly and learn to adjust it themselves. Getting rid of symptoms is just part of a greater process, and not the main part.
